<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se sparg 4 oua intr-un castron, se toarna 180 g zahar, 10 g zahar vanilat si se bat cu mixerul la viteza mare timp de 5-7 minute pana creste in volum si se lumineaza.</p>
<p>Pornim din nou mixerul, dar deja la viteza medie, si turnam untul topit si complet racit intr-un flux subtire.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza, se adauga un praf de sare, o parte din faina cernuta si 10 g de praf de copt.</p>
<p>La viteza mica a mixerului, combinam ingredientele lichide si uscate si acum turnam o parte din laptele fierbinte.</p>

<p>Ar trebui sa fie fierbinte, nu fiert.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si apoi se introduc alternativ faina cernuta si laptele fierbinte ramas.</p>
<p>Aluatul este gata.</p>
<p>Textura este similara ca textura cu smantana groasa.</p>
<p>Turnam aluatul intr-o forma tapetata cu hartie de copt. Nivelam uniform aluatul si il trimitem la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 25-30 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa 25 de minute, verific daca este gata.</p>
<p>Daca frigaruia de lemn iese uscata si curata, prajitura este gata.</p>

<p>Scoatem din cuptor, il transferam imediat pe un gratar, il lasam sa se raceasca 5 minute, apoi il punem pe vasul pe care o sa servim.</p>
<p>Ungeti blatul cu lapte condensat fiert si stropiti cu alune macinate.</p>

<p>Puteti stropi cu zahar pudra, puteti lua orice dulceata in loc de lapte condensat si fulgi de cocos in loc de arahide.</p>
