<p>1 cana iaurt</p>
<p>250 g de faina</p>
<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>50 g unt topit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul in spuma.</p>
<p>Se adauga coaja de lamaie, iaurtul si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Se adauga treptat faina cernuta cu praful de copt si se amesteca astfel incat sa avem un aluat neted, fara bulgari.</p>

<p>Taiati 2 mere in cuburi si amestecati-le in aluat.</p>

<p>Tapetati forma de copt cu hartie de copt si ungeti partile laterale cu unt.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul in tava si se niveleaza.</p>
<p>Taiati marul ramas in felii subtiri si puneti-le in aluat.</p>

<p>Se toarna untul topit si se coace intr-un cuptor incalzit.</p>
<p>Se coace la 170 de grade pentru aproximativ 40 de minute, sau la 180 de grade timp de 30 de minute.</p>
