<p>140 g de faina;</p>
<p>100 ml ulei;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat;</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron se toarna kefir, se adauga grisul, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, uleiul.</p>
<p>Se adauga faina cernuta, praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul bine.</p>
<p>Ungeti forma cu ulei, adaugati faina.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul intr-o matrita.</p>
<p>Coaceti tortul 35-40 de minute la temperatura de 180 C.</p>
<p>O alta reteta care contine kefir sau iaurt:</p>
<p>Pentru gatit, aveti nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>– 1,5 cani de chefir;</p>
<p>– 1,5 cani de zahar;</p>
<p>– oua, 4 buc;</p>
<p>– faina, 4 pahare;</p>
<p>– unt, 200 g;</p>
<p>– zahar vanilat, 1 plic;</p>
<p>– praf de copt, 2 lingurite;</p>
<p>– gem de zmeura sau oricare altul.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Se topeste untul, se raceste si se toarna peste oua.</p>
<p>Se toarna kefir si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si adaugati portii pe aluat, framantati pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Se toarna praful de copt, se framanta. Aluatul trebuie sa fie destul de gros.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt si intindeti o parte din aluat, nivelati-o cu un strat uniform.</p>
<p>Intindem gemul sau fructele de padure congelate si apoi intindem restul de aluat peste gem.</p>
<p>Incalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade C si coaceti timp de 30 – 35 de minute.</p>
