<p>zahar, 300 g;</p>
<p>unt, 220 g;</p>
<p>lapte, 160 ml;</p>
<p>faina, aproximativ 300 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt, 2 linguri;</p>
<p>mere, 600 g;</p>
<p>zahar si coaja de lamaie, cate 2 linguri;</p>
<p>scortisoara dupa gust.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Merele le curatam si le taiem in bucatele mari, amestecam cu zahar, scortisoara si coaja de lamaie dupa gust.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ouale cu sarea si se bate pana devin pufoase.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat zaharul si vanilia, bateti pana devin ferme.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele la temperatura camerei, se bate pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Se toarna untul topit si racit si se bate masa pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina cernuta cu praful de copt si se bate un aluat neted si omogen.</p>
<p>Acoperim tava cu hartie de copt, turnam aluatul, intindem feliile de mere, turnam peste sucul care a iesit din mere.</p>

<p>Coacem la 190 de grade timp de aproximativ 50 de minute.</p>
<p>Este mai bine sa verificati pregatirea cu o scobitoare.</p>
