<p>1 budinca de vanilie,</p>
<p>500 ml lapte,</p>
<p>1200 g mere,</p>
<p>1 lingurita de scortisoara,</p>
<p>zahar pudra pentru decor.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>

<p>Placinta cu mere este foarte simplu de facut.</p>
<p>Taiati untul rece in cuburi si adaugati-l in faina, adaugati praful de copt si zaharul pudra.</p>
<p>Amestecati pana obtineti firimituri, apoi adaugati oul si framantati ingredientele intr-un aluat uniform.</p>
<p>Taiati aluatul in jumatate, infasurati fiecare parte in folie alimentara si puneti-l la congelator.</p>
<p>Gatiti budinca de vanilie conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj, adaugati si cantitatea necesara de zahar.</p>
<p>Curatati merele, indepartati miezul si taiati felii.</p>
<p>Puneti merele tocate intr-o oala si stropiti cu scortisoara.</p>
<p>Acoperiti si gatiti merele aproximativ 10 minute pana cand se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Se amesteca din cand in cand.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade si pregatiti o tava de aproximativ 21 x 28 cm.</p>
<p>Ungeti-o cu unt sau tapetati cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Scoateti o parte din aluat si dati-o razatoarea grosiera, apoi apasati usor.</p>
<p>Asezati merele peste acest strat de aluat, apoi acoperiti cu budinca.</p>
<p>Razuiti a doua jumatate de aluat de la congelator peste budinca.</p>
<p>Puneti la cuptor pentru aproximativ 35 de minute sau pana devine aurie.</p>
<p>Dupa ce ati scos din cuptor, stropiti placinta cu mere cu zahar pudra pentru decor.</p>
