<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 100 ml</p>
<p>Lapte 250 ml</p>
<p>Praf de copt 0,5 linguri</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat 1 lingura</p>
<p>Faina de grau 250 g</p>
<p>Pudra de cacao 1 lingura</p>
<p>Ciocolata neagra 50 g</p>
<p>Fulgi de cocos 200 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, combinati ouale si 150 g zahar, adaugati zahar vanilat si bateti cu un mixer sau blender timp de aproximativ 3 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati 125 ml de lapte si bateti inca trei minute. Apoi adaugati ulei vegetal, praf de copt, faina si amestecati aluatul pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul intr-un vas tapetat cu hartie unsa, aproximativ 20 centimetri pe 20 centimetri.</p>
<p>Trimiteti tava intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Dupa ce ati scos blatul, lasati-l sa se raceasca usor, apoi intoarceti-l si indepartati cu grija hartia de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati laptele si zaharul ramas intr-o cratita, adaugati cacao si ciocolata la ele.</p>
<p>Aduceti amestecul la fierbere, amestecand ocazional. Se raceste sosul la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Taiati blatul in 16 cuburi. Scufundati fiecare cub in sos pe toate partile, apoi rulati in nuca de cocos.</p>
