<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 55 g</p>
<p>ciocolata cu lapte &#8211; 180 g</p>
<p>frisca &#8211; 90 ml</p>
<p>alune &#8211; 90 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o craticioara punem ouale, sarea, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, faina si amidonul si amestecam.</p>
<p>Apoi se toarna putin lapte, se amesteca o pasta fina, fara cocoloase si la final se adauga restul de lapte.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se pune tigaia pe aragaz.</p>
<p>Gatiti amestecul, amestecand continuu, pana se formeaza o masa de crema, in care se topeste untul.</p>
<p>Amestecam bine.</p>
<p>Puneti un strat de biscuiti pe fundul formei alese.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu o treime din crema si se intinde.</p>

<p>Mai puneti un strat de biscuiti si continuati pana cand ramaneti fara ingrediente.</p>
<p>Ultimul strat va fi crema.</p>
<p>Taiati ciocolata in bucati si puneti-o intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Se toarna smantana fierbinte pentru frisca si se amesteca pana se topeste ciocolata.</p>
<p>La sfarsit, adaugam arahidele tocate si amestecam.</p>

<p>Turnati glazura uniform peste desert si puneti totul la frigider pentru a se intari.</p>
