<p>Praf de copt 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Fulgi de cocos 200 g</p>
<p>Lapte 250 ml</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat 8 g</p>
<p>Budinca de vanilie 80 g</p>
<p>Unt 200 g</p>
<p>Conserva de ananas 750 g</p>
<p>Esenta de rom dupa gust</p>
<p>Ciocolata amara 150 g</p>
<p>Smantana 4 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparat:</p>
<p>In primul rand, sa pregatim blatul.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, luati 4 oua si separati albusurile de galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile spuma cu sare pana obtinem o spuma tare.</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusurile pe rand, continuand sa bateti.</p>
<p>Cerneti 90 g de faina si praful de copt in masa de oua, turnati ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Framantati bine aluatul.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt si turnati aluatul in ea.</p>
<p>Coacem 25 de minute in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C.</p>
<p>Acum sa trecem la blatul de nuca de cocos.</p>
<p>Bateti 4 albusuri cu 120 g zahar pana se formeaza o spuma tare.</p>
<p>Adaugati 180 g fulgi de cocos si amestecati bine ingredientele.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt, turnati masa de nuca de cocos.</p>
<p>Se coace 30 de minute la 175°C.</p>
<p>Pentru a face crema de vanilie, amestecati galbenusurile de ou, 100 ml lapte, faina ramasa si budinca de vanilie.</p>
<p>Separat, restul de lapte se amesteca cu zaharul ramas si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Puneti amestecul pe foc.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul de galbenusuri in amestecul de lapte incalzit.</p>
<p>Gatiti crema, amestecand continuu, pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea, se raceste la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Se bate untul si se adauga budinca racita, continuand sa bateti.</p>
<p>Puneti deoparte un sfert din crema si adaugati la restul cremei ananasul taiat cubulete.</p>

<p>Inmuiati pandispanul cu un amestec de rom si sirop de ananas.</p>
<p>Puneti pe el crema de ananas, apoi blatul cu cocos.</p>

<p>Puneti crema ramasa peste blatul de cocos.</p>

<p>Se incalzesc 100 g de ciocolata cu smantana.</p>
<p>Se toarna glazura rezultata peste tort.</p>
<p>Decorati desertul cu fulgi de cocos si fulgi de ciocolata.</p>
<p>Trimite-l la frigider pentru cateva ore.</p>
