<p>Astazi va propun o reteta pentru o Prajitura cu mere delicioasa intr-un mod nou. Mi-a placut atat de mult aceasta reteta incat o voi gati exact la fel. Stratul de mere este ca un strat de marmelada, care merge foarte bine cu acest blat.</p>

<p>2-3 linguri suc de lamaie</p>
<p>1 lingurita scortisoara</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>Pentru aluat:</p>
<p>4 oua la temperatura camerei</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>1-2 lingurite extract de vanilie</p>
<p>150 g faina</p>
<p>2 linguri amidon de porumb</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>un praf de sare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>

<p>Pregatim mai intai tava prim a unge-o cu ulei si apoi punand hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Curatam merele de coaja si de seminte si le taiem felii.</p>
<p>Punem zeama de lamaie peste mere, adaugam zaharul brun si scortisoara sia mestecam.</p>
<p>Punem untul in tigaie si adaugam merele.</p>
<p>Le calim la foc mic si apoi le turnam in tava.</p>

<p>Puneti ouale intr-un castron si mixati-le cu zaharul si cu un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Separat, amestecam faina, praful de copt si amidonul de porumb.</p>
<p>Amestecam ingredientele uscate cu ouale, adaugam si extractul de vanilie.</p>
<p>Turnal aluatul in tava, peste mere.</p>
<p>Bagam tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru aproximativ 40-45 de minute, incercam cu scobitoarea.</p>
<p>Cand prajitura este gata, o rasturnam intr-o tava.</p>
