<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Separam albusurile de galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile spuma cu 240 de grame de zahar pudra pana devine pufoasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat amidon si amestecati-l bine cu o spatula de silicon.</p>
<p>Tocati nucile.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat 300 de grame de nuci in masa de albusuri, framantand usor.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt si turnati aluatul, netezindu-l cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Trimiteti blatul la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade.</p>
<p>Apoi scadeti imediat temperatura la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Coaceti timp de 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Taiati prajitura calda in 3 parti egale si lasati-le sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Bateti untul inmuiat cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, amestecati galbenusurile cu zaharul pudra ramas.</p>
<p>Puneti tigaia pe foc mic si turnati amestecul de galbenusuri de ou.</p>
<p>Se amesteca constant.</p>
<p>Odata ce crema incepe sa clocoteasca, scoateti tigaia de pe foc.</p>
<p>In crema racita se adauga untul batut si cacao.</p>
<p>Bateti bine toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Asamblati prajitura.</p>
<p>Intindeti blaturile unul cate unul, ungandu-le generos cu crema.</p>
