<p>Este o prajitura delicioasa cu blat de mac si crema fina de vanilie, iar stratul de biscuiti si glazura perfecta intregeste gustul fenomenal al prajiturii.</p>
<p>Ingrediente: 4 galbenusuri, 200 g zahar, 300 ml lapte, 40 g amidon, 100 g unt, 5 g zahar vanilat, 0,5 lingurita sare, 5 albusuri, 50 g faina, 75 g seminte de mac, 1 lingurita praf de copt, 10 biscuiti din cacao, 200 ml cafea, 100 g ciocolata neagra, 100 ml frisca.</p><div class="0e08eabe7e4ea8d32fd0f7389e8abf6f" data-index="10" style="float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;">

<p>Mod de preparare: Mixati galbenusurile cu un praf de sare dupa care adaugati treptat 100 g zahar.</p>

<p>Transferati compozitia intr-o cratita pe care o puneti la foc mediu timp in care se amesteca continuu. Fierbeti cateva minute pana la ingrosare, dupa care transferati intr-un bol care va fi acoperit cu folie alimentara si dati la frigider pana se intareste. Mixati crema racita cu untul moale.</p>
<p>Amestecati faina cu praful de copt dupa care lasati deoparte si bateti albusurile cu un praf de sare. Adaugati treptat celelalte 100 g zahar si mixati pana cand obtineti o bezea tare si lucioasa. Dupa care adaugati macul si se incorporeaza faina amestecand cu ajutorul unei spatule cu miscari ample de sus in jos.</p>
<p>Turnati compozitia intr-o tava patrata de 24 cm, unsa cu unt si tapetata cu hartie de copt. Dati tava in cuptorul preaincalzit la temperatura de 180°C pentru 25 minute. Faceti testul cu scobitoarea si il scoateti pe un gratar sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Puneti crema peste blat si nivelati cu lingura, dupa care treceti biscuitii prin cafea si se pun pe crema. Turnati frisca fierbinte peste ciocolata si lasati 2-3 minute, apoi amestecati foarte bine. Se lasa deoparte 10 minute, apoi se pune peste stratul de biscuiti. </p>
<p>Dati prajitura la frigider pentru 2 ore dupa care o puteti taia in bucatele. Cu cat sta mai multe ore in frigider, cu atat este mai buna.</p>
