<p>Zahar 230 g</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 50 ml</p>
<p>Lapte 300 ml</p>
<p>Unt 20 g</p>
<p>Smantana 300 ml</p>
<p>Crema de branza 100 g</p>
<p>Zahar pudra 3-4 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In primul rand, sa pregatim blatul.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron adanc, amestecati faina cu 30 g cacao pudra si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Puneti aceasta masa de faina deoparte.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, bateti albusurile cu un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Dupa 2 minute, fara a opri baterea, adaugam in oua 180 g de zahar.</p>
<p>Apoi, adaugati in masa 50 ml de lapte si ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Amesteca ingredientele cu un blender.</p>
<p>In doua etape, turnati amestecul de ciocolata cu faina in vasul cu masa de oua.</p>
<p>Amestecati aluatul cu un tel.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tava de copt (diametrul de 24 pe 24 cm) cu un cub de unt.</p>
<p>Pudrati forma unsa cu unt cu faina.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul in el, distribuiti-l.</p>
<p>Coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 de grade pentru 30-35 de minute.</p>
<p>Verificati coacerea cu o scobitoare.</p>
<p>Intre timp pregatim glazura.</p>
<p>Se toarna 40 g de cacao pudra si 50 g de zahar intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Se toarna in amestec 200 ml lapte la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu un tel pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Puneti cratita pe foc.</p>
<p>Amestecand constant, aduceti amestecul la fierbere.</p>
<p>Gatiti 15 minute, apoi scoateti ciocolata de pe foc, adaugati 20 g de unt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca.</p>
<p>Glazura este gata.</p>
<p>Turnati smantana cu 33% grasime intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati branza de vaci si zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Amestecati ingredientele cu un blender pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Apoi, amestecati 1 lingura pudra de cacao.</p>
<p>Crema este gata.</p>
<p>Se raceste putin blatul finit, se fac cateva intepaturi deasupra cu o frigaruie.</p>

<p>Inmuiati blatul cu 50 ml lapte.</p>
<p>Se toarna si se intinde crema de branza deasupra blatului.</p>
<p>Ungeti-l cu glazura racita.</p>
<p>Nu recomand folosirea glazurii fierbinti: va topi crema.</p>
<p>Placinta turceasca gata, chiar in forma, trimiteti la frigider peste noapte.</p>
<p>In acest timp, se va raci, isi va pastra forma.</p>
