<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Combinati ambele tipuri de carne tocata, adaugati usturoi tocat, ceapa tocata, ou, sare si piper, painea faramitatasi framantati. (puteti adauga si verdeata dupa gust)</p>

<p>Formati bile mici din carnea tocata rezultata. Transferati-le pe o farfurie si dati-le la frigider timp de 2 ore.</p>
<p>Acest lucru este necesar pentru ca chiftelele sa nu se destrame in timpul gatitului.</p>
<p>Prajiti chiftelele intr-o tigaie bine incalzita cu ulei de floarea soarelui pe toate partile.</p>
<p>Apoi asezati bilele pe o foaie de copt si acoperiti cu folie. Coaceti timp de 30 de minute la 160-180 grade.</p>
<p>In timp ce chiftelele se coc, pregatiti sosul. Pentru a face acest lucru, topiti untul intr-o tigaie. Apoi adaugati faina si amestecati.</p>

<p>Se toarna bulionul si apa, amestecam continuu. Apoi adaugati smantana, laptele, mustar, sos de soia. Gatiti sosul la foc mic, amestecand ocazional, pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Serviti chiftelele in acest sos cremos. Puteti face chiftelutele cu cartofi fierti sau piure.</p>
