<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Untul trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei pentru a-l putea amesteca cu zaharul.</p>

<p>Intr-un alt recipient trebuie sa cerneti faina de grau si amidonul de porumb pentru a se imbina foarte bine.</p>

<p>Puteti adauga si sare in acest moment.</p>
<p>Adaugam faina putin cate putin si vei vedea cum amestecul se transforma intr-un aluat.</p>
<p>Va veni un moment in care va trebui sa dati de o parte telul si sa incepeti sa lucrati cu propriile maini.</p>
<p>Dupa ce aluatul este compact, puneti-l intr-un recipient acoperit si puneti-l la frigider pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180° si pregatiti o tava punand pe ea hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Continuati reteta intinzand aluatul pe blat.</p>
<p>Lasati-l cu o grosime de aproximativ 0,5 cm si taiati cercurile la dimensiunea dorita.</p>

<p>Puneti biscuitii la cuptor si lasati-i acolo aproximativ 10 minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti din cuptor, lasati sa se raceasca si apoi adaugati umplutura de lapte condensat pentru a le lega.</p>
<p>Decorati cu nuca de cocos rasa pe fiecare dintre marginile sale si cu aceasta veti avea gata delicioasele fursecuri.</p>
