<p>&#8211; cacao, 3 linguri;</p>
<p>&#8211; zahar, 1 pahar;</p>
<p>&#8211; unt, 100 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; gris, 6 linguri</p>
<p>Procesul de gatit:</p>
<p>Pentru crema, amesteca cacao, zahar, gris si faina.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele, se amesteca si se pune pe un foc mic. Gatiti crema pana se ingroasa, amestecand continuu. Lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Bateti untul inmuiat si adaugati crema in parti, bateti pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Acopera tava cu un strat de biscuiti si intinde un strat gros de crema, niveleaza.</p>
<p>Raspandim din nou un strat de biscuiti, iar crema si tot asa pana avem 4 straturi de biscuiti si 4 straturi de crema. Alternand straturi de crema si biscuiti, modelam intregul tort.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu folie de plastic si se da la frigider timp de 4 &#8211; 6 ore.</p>
<p>O alta reteta cu biscuti:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>500 de grame branza de vaca</p>
<p>125 grame unt</p>
<p>110 grame zahar pudra</p>
<p>300 de grame biscuiti cu cacao</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>100 de grame ciocolata</p>
<p>25 de grame unt</p>
<p>2 linguri nuca de cocos</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati untul inmuiat cu zahar pudra. Adaugati casul si combinati totul.</p>
<p>Asezati primul strat de biscuiti pe o scandura de lemn (5 x 2) sau pe o tava.</p>
<p>Puneti crema de branza, apoi inca un strat de biscuiti si asa pana cand toate ingredientele sunt folosite (terminati cu un strat de biscuiti).</p>
<p>Se dizolva untul impreuna cu ciocolata. Se toarna glazura pregatita peste aluat. Presarati cu nuca de cocos si raciti la frigider pentru cateva ore.</p>
