<p>400 ml lapte</p>
<p>25 g de drojdie proaspata</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>ulei</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>500 g branza de vaci</p>
<p>4 linguri zahar pudra</p>
<p>2 linguri suc de lamaie</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In 100 ml de lapte se sfarama drojdia si se adauga o lingurita de zahar. Se lasa sa se creasca cateva minute. Acoperiti vasul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca doua galbenusuri cu zaharul pana se spumeaza si isi schimba culoarea, apoi se adauga 300 de lapte.</p>
<p>Se toarna galbenusul de ou si masa de drojdie in faina si se amesteca putin.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati untul topit si framantati totul impreuna. Lasa aluatul sa stea o ora la loc cald.</p>
<p>Cand a crescut, intindeti-l pe o placa fainoasa cu o grosime de jumatate de centimetru. Taiati 8 × 8 patrate din ea.</p>
<p>Zdrobiti branza de vaci, adaugati zaharul si sucul de lamaie , apoi amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Puneti putina umplutura in mijlocul patratelor, apoi indoiti si strangeti bine capetele. Bateti un ou deasupra si ungeti patratele cu el.</p>
<p>Coaceti intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade C pana se rumenesc.</p>
<p>O reteta asemanatoare:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>– 1 kg faina;</p>
<p>– 150 ml ulei vegetal;</p>
<p>– 50 g drojdie proaspata;</p>
<p>– 450 ml de lapte;</p>
<p>– 2 oua;</p>
<p>– 1 varf de sare;</p>
<p>– 5 linguri zahar;</p>
<p>– coaja de lamaie.</p>
<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>– 600 de grame de branza de vaci;</p>
<p>– 2 oua;</p>
<p>– 200 g zahar;</p>
<p>– 1 esenta de rom;</p>
<p>– 150 g stafide.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul. Adaugati stafidele in amestecul de oua, rom si branza de vaci. Se amesteca toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Se dizolva drojdia in lapte cald cu 1 lingura de zahar si 2 linguri de faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele si se pune amestecul intr-un loc cald timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron adanc, adaugati faina, sarea, ouale, uleiul vegetal la care adaugati maiaua. Framantati un aluat moale.</p>
<p>Acoperiti-l cu un prosop si lasati-l 1 ora sa se umfle.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in bucati de aceeasi dimensiune. Deschideti fiecare bucata de aluat si umpleti-o cu umplutura de branza.</p>
<p>Puneti placintele intr-o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt. Lasa-le sa se umfle pentru 20-30 de minute si ungeti-le cu galbenus crud de ou.</p>
<p>Coaceti chiflele cu branza de vaci timp de 30-35 de minute, la o temperatura de 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Odata racite, se presara cu zahar pudra.</p>
