<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Tapetati tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele pentru aluat (mai putin gemul).</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul in tava de copt.</p>
<p>Coaceti timp de 18-20 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, scoatem rulada de pe hartie si intindem cu dulceata.</p>
<p>Rulati rapid, dar cu grija.</p>
<p>Dupa racire, taiati.</p>
<p>Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
<p>O alta reteta de rulada:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>3 linguri de lapte</p>
<p>1 lingurita zahar vanilat</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>70 g de faina</p>
<p>6 linguri cacao</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>230 g smantana dulce</p>
<p>130 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>120 g unt (moale)</p>
<p>un pliculet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca ouale, zaharul, sarea si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Bateti cu un mixer pana devine pufos.</p>
<p>Se toarna 3 linguri lapte, amestecati.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol cernem faina, pudra de cacao, adaugam praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele uscate pana se omogenizeaza, apoi se introduc treptat in spuma de oua.</p>
<p>Bateti cu un mixer. Ar trebui sa obtineti un aluat omogen de ciocolata.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul, se distribuie uniform cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Se coace aproximativ 10-12 minute la 180 â .</p>
<p>Acoperiti blatul finit cu un prosop umed de bucatarie, rasturnati si indepartati hartia de copt.</p>
<p>Rolati apoi blatul in prosop intr-un sul.</p>
<p>In timp ce blatul se raceste, pregatiti crema:</p>
<p>Puneti unt moale in vasul mixerului. Bate cateva minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar pudra, zahar vanilat sau esenta de vanilie si bateti pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti smantana in masa si amestecati.</p>
<p>Ungeti blatul cu crema finita, intoarceti-l intr-o rola.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu folie alimentara si puneti in frigider.</p>
<p>In 3-4 ore sau mai mult va puteti bucura de o rulada de ciocolata.</p>
<p>Optional decorati cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Sa aveti pofta!</p>
