<p>100 gr zahar +1 lingura</p>
<p>1 lingurita extract de vanilie</p>
<p>30 gr faina pentru prajituri, cernuta</p>
<p>3 linguri amidon de porumb</p>
<p>Pentru crema necesara la rulada de Craciun cu aroma de vanilie:</p>
<p>230 gr unt</p>
<p>360 gr zahar pudra</p>
<p>3-4 linguri bombonele rosii si verzi</p>
<p>1 lingurita extract de vanilie</p>
<p>1-3 lingurite smantana</p>
<p>Pentru decorare:</p>
<p>bombonele rosii si verzi</p>
<p>cateva patratele de ciocolata alba</p>
<p>Mod de preparare rulada de Craciun cu aroma de vanilie:</p>
<p>1. Incinge cuptorul la 220 de grade Celsius.</p>
<p>2. Tapeteaza o tava de copt cu hartie pergament.</p>
<p>3. Mixeaza 2 oua, 3 galbenusuri, esenta de vanilie si 110 gr zahar. E nevoie sa mixezi vreo 5 minute.</p>
<p>4. Adauga in compozitie faina si amidonul in ploaie. Omogenizeaza usor, cu ajutorul unei spatule.</p>
<p>5. In alt bol, foarte bine sters, pune cele 2 albusuri si lingura de zahar. Mixeaza la viteza medie.</p>
<p>6. Dupa ce se formeaza spuma, pune albusurile peste mixul cu galbenusuri si faina. Omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>7. Transfera compozitia in tava, intinde-o uniform si bag-o in cuptor pentru 6-7 minute sau pana cand trece testul cu scobitoarea.</p>
<p>8. Imediat ce scoti tava din cuptor, presara zahar pudra peste blat si rastoarna-l usor pe un prosop curat. Indeparteaza hartia pergament,<br />
presara iarasi zahar pudra si ruleaza prosopul.</p>
<p>Crema pentru rulada de Craciun cu aroma de vanilie:</p>
<p>9. Mixeaza untul la viteza medie, cam 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>10. Micsoreaza viteza mixerului si adauga, treptat, zaharul. Creste iarasi intensitatea mixarii.</p>
<p>11. Dupa 2-3 minute de mixare, pune smantana (ai grija sa pui cate putina, ca sa verifici consistenta).</p>
<p>12. Adauga bombonelele si esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>Asamblare rulada de Craciun cu aroma de vanilie:</p>
<p>13. Desfa blatul si intinde umplutura pe el. Ai grija sa o intinzi cat mai uniform.</p>
<p>14. Ruleaza din nou si baga in frigider pentru cateva ore.</p>
<p>15. Topeste ciocolata alba la bain-marie, scoate rulada, acoper-o cu ciocolata topita si presara bombonelele.</p>
