<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>nuci &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>albus de ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>galbenus de ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>

<p>Mos de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti faina, praful de copt, sarea si zaharul vanilat intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul rece in faina si framantati-l cu mainile pana se formeaza firimituri.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana si galbenusul de ou peste firimituri, framantati aluatul si asamblati-l intr-o chifla.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul in folie timp de 15 minute la frigider.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura batem albusul cu zaharul cu un mixer pana devine lucios si alb.</p>
<p>Macinati nucile si adaugati masa de albusuri la ele, amestecati.</p>

<p>Impartiti aluatul in 4 parti, rulati fiecare intr-un strat de aproximativ 20 cm in diametru.</p>
<p>Taiem stratul ca pe pizza in triunghiuri &#8211; 8 bucati pe strat.</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura de nuci pe partea lata a triunghiurilor.</p>
<p>Sigilati umplutura in interiorul aluatului si rulati-o intr-o rola.</p>

<p>Asezati rulourile pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Pentru a doua umplutura, amestecati pur si simplu branza de vaci cu galbenusul de ou.</p>
<p>In mod similar, impartim aluatul in triunghiuri si le asezam pe partea mai larga a triunghiului, le invelim in rulouri.</p>
<p>Asezam si rulourile cu branza de vaci pe o tava de copt.</p>

<p>Se coc 15-20 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>
