<p>– 10 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>– 400 grame de faina</p>
<p>– 100 grame de amidon de porumb</p>
<p>– 1 plic si jumatate de praf de copt</p>
<p>– Sare dupa gust</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>– 200 grame de cascaval</p>
<p>– 150 grame de sunca (sau alt fel de mezeluri)</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati bine branza de vaci cu laptele, ouale si uleiul.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina, amidonul, praful de copt si sarea si continuati sa framantati pana obtineti un aluat fin si omogen.</p>
<p>Daca aluatul este prea lipicios, mai puteti adauga putina faina, dar aveti grija sa nu intariti prea tare compozitia.</p>
<p>Cand aluatul este gata, presarati putina faina pe o suprafata de lucru si intindeti-l pana la o grosime de 3-4 mm.</p>
<p>Asigurati-va ca intindeti uniform bucatile de aluat, astfel incat toate bucatile sa aiba aceeasi dimensiune si sa se coaca uniform.</p>
<p>Folositi un cutit ascutit sau un taietor de pizza pentru a taia aluatul in patrate cu latura de aproximativ 9 cm.</p>
<p>Puneti cate o felie de sunca si una de cascaval pe fiecare patrat.</p>

<p>Aveti grija sa nu umpleti prea mult patratele, astfel incat sa se poata rula mai usor si sa nu se deschida in timpul coacerii.</p>
<p>Rulati cu grija fiecare patrat.</p>
<p>Apasati bine marginile pentru a preveni varsarea umpluturii in timpul coacerii.</p>
<p>Transferati rulourile pregatite pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Ungeti fiecare chifla cu putin lapte.</p>
<p>Acest lucru le va da o frumoasa culoare auriu-maronie si un strat.</p>
<p>Introduceti tava de copt in cuptorul preincalzit la 200-220°C pentru aproximativ 10-15 minute, sau pana cand devin aurii si crocante la exterior.</p>
