<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 120 ml</p>
<p>Otet 150 ml</p>
<p>Mod de perparare:</p>
<p>Spalati ardeii, scoateti miezul si semintele. Taiati-i in sferturi.</p>

<p>Pentru marinada, combinati apa, sarea, zaharul, uleiul de floarea soarelui si otetul.</p>
<p>Se adauga frunzele de dafin, boabele de piper si coriandrul.</p>

<p>Asezati ardeii in marinada, fierbeti, reduceti focul la mediu, acoperiti si gatiti 2-3 minute in functie de grosimea ardeilor.</p>

<p>Combinati ierburi tocate, usturoi feliat si chili tocat.</p>

<p>Asezati un strat de piper in fundul unui castron adanc si presarati cu amestecul aromat.</p>
<p>Alternati straturile pana cand ramaneti fara ingrediente.</p>
<p>Se toarna marinada peste gustare, astfel incat sa acopere complet legumele.</p>
<p>Apasati continutul, acoperiti-l si, cand este complet racit, puneti-l la frigider timp de cel putin 12 ore.</p>
<p>Pentru o sarbatoare sau o cina in familie, pregatiti o gustare de ardei seara.</p>
<p>Se va marina bine peste noapte.</p>
<p>Sunt sigur ca bucatile parfumate de legume suculente ii vor captiva pe toti.</p>
