<p>sare, 50 g;</p>
<p>zahar, 100 g;</p>
<p>otet de masa 9%, 80 ml.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Tocati varza subtire, taiati ceapa in jumatate subtiri, ardeiul dulce &#8211; fasii, rosiile in felii.</p>
<p>Dati morcovii pe razatoarea grosiera sau pentru morcovi coreeni.</p>
<p>Amestecam legumele, sare si piper dupa gust, adaugam zahar si turnam ulei vegetal cu otet.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine salata si se lasa 40 de minute, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>

<p>Asezam salata in borcane si umplem cu suc, acoperim cu capace.</p>

<p>Punem borcanele pe un prosop intr-o oala si turnam apa calda pana la umeri.</p>
<p>Sterilizam din momentul in care apa fierbe in oala timp de 40 de minute, daca aveti borcane de 500 g.</p>
<p>Rasucim capacele, rasturnam si acoperim pana se racesc complet.</p>

<p>Depozitam o astfel de salata in subsol sau in camara.</p>
<p>Un astfel de amestec se dovedeste a fi aproape clasic, doar ca aici varza este mai crocanta si seamana cu o salata proaspata.</p>
