<p>Boia de ardei &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Amidon &#8211; 2 linguri (sau amidon 1 lingura + faina 1 lingura)</p>
<p>Apa &#8211; 30 ml</p>
<p>Sare, piper &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal pentru prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Principalul lucru pentru ca snitelele sa iese suculente este sa marinati bine carnea.</p>
<p>Ce adaugati la marinata ii va da aroma.</p>
<p>Luam fileul de pui, il taiem in bucati de cam de 1,5 cm grosime.</p>
<p>Am batut fiecare bucata cu un ciocan de bucatarie.</p>
<p>Daca doriti, puteti face acest lucru prin folie alimentara.</p>

<p>Pregatim marinada: Punem doua oua intr-un bol si adaugam usturoiul trecut prin presa si condimentele.</p>
<p>Adaugam sosul de soia care va dezvalui mai bine gustul felului de mancare si va ajuta la crearea crustei caramelizate perfecte atunci cand este prajit.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat am pus 1 lingura de amidon si 1 lingura de faina.</p>
<p>Adaug cateva linguri de apa si amestec bine sa nu fie cocoloase.</p>
<p>Turnam totul in marinata si amestecam.</p>
<p>Scufundam fiecare bucata de pui in aceasta marinada.</p>

<p>Lasam la marinat cel putin o ora, de preferat peste noapte.</p>
<p>Si cand a trecut o ora, amestec din nou bucatile de file si le pun intr-o tigaie in ulei vegetal incalzit.</p>
<p>Prajesc pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>

<p>Se pot face si la cuptor, la 180 grade C pentru aproximativ 35 minute sau pana se rumenesc.</p>
<p>Le puneti pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Merg cu o salata de legume cu multa verdeata.</p>
