<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se fierbe siropul din zahar, zahar vanilat si apa, se lasa deoparte sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Topiti 100 g de unt si adaugati cateva linguri de ulei.</p>
<p>Curatati merele, radeti-le si adaugati cateva linguri de zahar si 3 linguri de gris si scortisoara pentru a absorbi excesul de suc.</p>
<p>Daca doriti, puteti adauga stafide si nuci la umplutura de mere.</p>
<p>Inveliti doua cruste si acoperiti-le cu unt si ulei, apoi adaugati umplutura de mere, umplutura se aplica doar pe o parte la inceput, asigurati-va ca umplutura este suficienta pentru toate placintele.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati si uscati merele, curatati coaja si taiati samburii.</p>
<p>Apoi taiati pulpa de mere in cuburi. Spalati bine lamaia, radeti coaja si stoarceti bine sucul.</p>
<p>Pe o aragaz intr-o cratita, incalziti o lingura de unt si adaugati merele feliate.</p>
<p>Presarati cu doua linguri de zahar (puteti folosi si zahar vanilat daca doriti), coaja de lamaie, stropiti cu suc de lamaie si o parte din cidru de mere si gatiti acest amestec la foc mediu pana cand merele sunt complet moi.</p>
<p>Intr-un pahar, amestecati doua linguri de amidon de porumb cu restul de cidru de mere, amestecati bine si adaugati acest amestec la masa de mere in cratita.</p>
<p>Se fierbe totul inca un minut, apoi se scoate de pe aragaz, se toarna intr-un castron, se acopera cu folie alimentara si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Asezati folia direct pe suprafata amestecului de mere pentru a va asigura ca nu se formeaza o coaja la racire.</p>
<p>Odata ce masa de mere s-a racit complet, puteti continua sa lucrati.</p>
<p>Pregatiti aluat foietaj, pe care il intindeti pe o foaie subtire. Apoi impartiti-l in 8 dreptunghiuri la fel de mari.</p>

<p>Bateti oul in castron, bateti-l cu un tel si folositi o perie de silicon pentru a intinde pe suprafata tuturor foietajelor.</p>
