<p>1 pachet mare de piscoturi</p>
<p>Cafea preparata pentru insiroparea piscoturilor</p>
<p>Cacao pentru decor</p>
<p>Daca doriti o crema si mai gustoasa:</p>
<p>2 galbenusuri</p>
<p>2 albusuri</p>
<p>180 ml frisca</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>

<p>Mai intai pregatim crema. Se amesteca bine mascarpone, branza de vaci, miere sau zahar si vanilie intr-o crema neteda.</p>
<p>Inmuiati scurt piscoturile in cafeaua racita si asezati-le pe o tava aproape unul de celalat.</p>
<p>Umplutura crema este groasa, deci este cel mai bine aplicata folosind o punga decorativa, chiar si una obisnuita cu un capat taiat va fi suficienta.</p>
<p>Daca nu doriti sa va jucati cu crema , pur si simplu aplicati-o cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Alternati treptat piscoturile si crema.</p>
<p>Daca aveti o tava mai mare, atunci veti avea mai putine straturi; daca aveti una mai mica, tiramisu va fi mai inalt.</p>
<p>Ultimul strat trebuie sa fie de crema, care se presara in cele din urma cu cacao.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca si sa se solidifice bine.</p>
<p>Daca doriti sa incercati o crema imbunatatita , este necesar sa amestecati albusurile spuma cu un mixer si apoi adaugati galbenusurile pe rand.</p>
<p>Se adauga frisca si se bate cu restul ingredientelor pentru crema.</p>
<p>Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
