<p>5 linguri de lapte (70 ml)</p>
<p>5 linguri de faina simpla (100 g)</p>
<p>3 linguri de cacao neagra (30 g)</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt (7 g)</p>
<p>Pentru sirop de cafea:</p>
<p>150 ml lapte</p>
<p>1 lingura cafea instant</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>8 g zahar vanilat</p>
<p>50 g amidon de porumb</p>
<p>20 g cacao amara</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>20 g unt</p>
<p>40 g ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>70 ml lapte fierbinte</p>
<p>140 g ciocolata neagra</p>

<p>Procedura de pregatire:</p>
<p>Pune ouale, un praf de sare, zaharul si zaharul vanilat intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Bateti bine pana devine spumos.</p>
<p>Adaugati ulei, lapte, faina, cacao si praf de copt.</p>
<p>Amesteca totul pana se formeaza un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Se unge cu unt o forma de tort de 26 cm si se presara cu faina.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul in forma si se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 °C pentru aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp pregatim siropul de cafea: amestecati laptele cu cafeaua instant intr-un bol si turnati-l peste blatul copt.</p>

<p>Intr-o cratita puneti zaharul, zaharul vanilat, amidonul de porumb, cacao si laptele.</p>
<p>Gatiti la foc mediu, amestecand continuu, pana cand amestecul se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Cand crema se ingroasa, se ia de pe foc si se adauga untul si ciocolata neagra.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana cand totul se topeste si se combina.</p>
<p>Se toarna crema pe baza pregatita si se lasa sa se raceasca putin.</p>
<p>Pentru glazura se incalzeste laptele, se adauga ciocolata neagra si se amesteca pana se topeste complet.</p>
<p>Se toarna glazura de ciocolata pe tort.</p>
