<p>-150 g unt sau margarina;</p>

<p>-450 ml apa calda;</p>
<p>-1,1 kg faina;</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 pliculet praf de copt.</p>
<p>Pentru crema aveti nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>-jumatate de cana de lapte condensat;</p>
<p>-400 g mascarpone;</p>
<p>-o budinca de vanilie+ 500 ml lapte;</p>
<p>-100 g unt;</p>
<p>-esenta de vanilie dupa gust.</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>-o ciocolata neagra;</p>
<p>-50 g unt sau ulei;</p>
<p>-3 linguri lapte.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul pana se ingroasa si isi schimba culoarea.</p>
<p>Se adauga untul inmuiat si uleiul vegetal. Se mixeaza toate.</p>
<p>Se toarna apa calduta si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina, praful de copt si cacaoa. Se cern si se adauga in portii la aluat. Se framanta usor.</p>
<p>Se pune hartie de copt in tava, se toarna compozitia, se da la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade C timp de aproximativ 30 minute.</p>
<p>Se raceste si se taie in cat de multe blaturi se poate.</p>
<p>Se pune laptele la incalzit, adaugam praful de budinca si gatim la foc mic pana se ingroasa. Lasam sa se raceasca. Cand s-a racit, adaugam untul si esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>Batem crema de mascarpone cu laptele condensat. Lasati la frigider jumatate de ora apoi amestecti cu crema de budinca.</p>
<p>Impartiti crema la cate blaturi aveti. Ultimul start trebuie sa fie blat peste care se adauga glazura.</p>
<p>Se amesteca toate ingredientele pentru glazura intr-o cratita la foc mic (pana se topeste ciocolata, nu fierbeti) sau pe abur. Turnati glazura peste prajitura si lasati-o peste noapte la frigider.</p>
