<p>200-250 ml lapte</p>

<p>1 lingurita esenta de rom</p>
<p>Pentru cremă:</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri (din albusurile ramase puteti face o omleta)</p>
<p>2.5 linguri zahar (sau 4 linguri zahar brun)</p>
<p>3 linguri amidon</p>
<p>320 ml lapte</p>
<p>1 plic zahar vanilat</p>
<p>3-4 lingurite esenta de rom</p>
<p>125 grame unt nesarat (82% grasime)</p>
<p>100 grame ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>Glazură de ciocolată: 70 grame ciocolata + 1 lingurita unt</p>
<p>Pentru ornat: 2-3 biscuiti si ciocolata</p>
<p>Cum se prepară?</p>
<p>Cum se prepară crema? Frecam galbenusurile cu zaharul, cu amidonul si adaugam treptat si laptele. Punem pe foc si lasam sa fiarba amestecand pana se ingroasa si devine ca o budinca.</p>
<p>Adaugam zaharul vanilat si esenta de rom si luam de pe foc, adaugand untul taiat bucatele. Amestecam pana se topeste untul si lasam sa se raceasca usor dar nu complet.</p>
<p>Ciocolata o topim pe baie de aburi si o adaugam cremei de mai sus, omogenizand.</p>
<p>Intr-o farfurie, punem treptat laptele in care am adaugat zahar si esenta de rom. Trecem pe rand biscuitii prin lapte si ii asezam in tava.</p>
<p>Peste biscuiti intindem un strat de crema apoi urmeaza alt strat de biscuiti inmuiati in lapte, apoi iar crema si tot asa pana terminam biscuitii si crema.</p>
<p>Pentru glazură, topim ciocolata impreuna cu untul pe baie de aburi si o intindem pe ultimul strat de biscuiti. Deasupra razuim biscuiti si ciocolata.</p>
<p>Daca iti plac fructele, poti adauga bucatele tocate marunt deasupra.</p>
