<p>1,5 lingurite de praf de copt</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>1 si 1/4 cani de zahar</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>3/4 cana de ulei</p>
<p>1 si 1/4 cani de lapte</p>
<p>Umplutura cu mere:</p>
<p>2 mere medii</p>
<p>2 linguri de suc de lamaie</p>
<p>2 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita de scortisoara</p>
<p>Crema de budinca:</p>
<p>750 ml de lapte</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>50 g faina de grau</p>
<p>50 g faina de cartofi</p>
<p>200 g unt moale</p>
<p>Pentru insiropare:</p>
<p>3/4 cana de suc de mere</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>100 g de ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>90 g smantana 30%</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>o ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Blat cu ciocolata: toate ingredientele trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Combinati ingredientele uscate intr-un castron. Intr-un al doilea castron, bateti ingredientele umede.</p>
<p>Combinati continutul ambelor boluri. Se toarna masa de ciocolata intr-o tava de copt de 20 × 35 cm tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Se coace intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 175 grade C timp de 30-35 de minute. Scoateti blatul si lasati-l sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Mere prajite: Curatati merele, indepartati semintele si taiati-le in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Se pun intr-o oala pe foc, se toarna 2 linguri de suc de lamaie, se adauga zahar si scortisoara.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cateva minute pana cand merele sunt usor moi si sticloase. Se iau de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Crema de budinca: Se fierbe 600 ml de lapte intr-o oala cu zahar.</p>
<p>Intre timp, adaugati galbenusurile si ambele tipuri de faina in restul laptelui.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul de faina in laptele fierbinte intr-o oala, se fierbe pana se ingroasa, amestecand constant si se fierbe din nou.</p>
<p>Scoateti budinca de pe aragaz si lasati-o sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Se adauga untul si se amesteca. In cele din urma, amestecati merele.</p>
<p>Impaturirea aluatului: Taiati aluatul de ciocolata in 2 blaturi.</p>
<p>Taiati blatul de sus niveland suprafata. Asezati partea de jos intr-o tava, inmuiati-o cu suc de mere, intindeti-o cu 3/4 cantitate de crema cu mere si acoperiti-o cu cel de-al doilea blat, apasati in jos cu mana si inmuiati cu restul de suc de mere.</p>
<p>Puneti crema ramasa. Raciti tortul in frigider.</p>
<p>Topping de ciocolata: Incalziti smantana intr-o oala, nu o fierbeti. Scoateti de pe aragaz, adaugati ciocolata simpla tocata si amestecati pana cand se obtine o crema groasa, catifelata.</p>
<p>Cand se raceste, intindeti usor peste prejitura.</p>
<p>Presarati blatul cu aschii de ciocolata neagra. Raciti tortul la frigider pentru cateva ore (de preferinta peste noapte).</p>
