<p>Budinca de vanilie 2 buc.</p>
<p>Galbenus de ou 4 buc.</p>
<p>Unt 200 g</p>
<p>Zahar 150 g</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat 10 g</p>
<p>Biscuitit 200 g</p>
<p>Zahar pudra dupa gust pentu decor</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Crema. Se amesteca 500 ml de lapte cu faina, praful de budinca si galbenusurile pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Fierbeti restul de 500 ml de lapte cu unt si zahar. Se toarna amestecul pre-amestecat incet in laptele care fierbe. Se fierbe crema la foc mic, amestecand continuu, pana se ingroasa.</p>

<p>Asezati un strat de biscuiti pe o foaie de copt captusita anterior cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Puneti un strat de biscuiti in tava si acoperiti cu crema usor calda, apoi acoperiti cu un al doilea strat de biscuiti.</p>

<p>Apasati usor in jos pe stratul superior al biscuitilor.</p>
<p>Asezati tava in frigider pentru cateva ore (de preferinta peste noapte).</p>
<p>Presarati zahar glazura pe tort inainte de servire.</p>
