<li>10 g unt</li>
<li>50 ml frisca</li>

<p>ð©ð³ Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1ï¸â£ Umplutura:<br />
Fierbe ciresele cu zaharul, amidonul, sucul si lamaia pana se ingroasa. Adauga lichiorul si lasa la racit.</p>
<p>2ï¸â£ Blat:<br />
Bate albusurile cu sare si zahar pana devin ferme. Separat, mixeaza galbenusurile cu zaharul, vanilia si apa.</p>
<p>3ï¸â£ Incorporeaza ingredientele uscate (faina + cacao + praf de copt), apoi adauga albusurile.</p>
<p>4ï¸â£ Coace blatul la 170°C timp de 30 minute, apoi taie-l in 4 foi.</p>
<p>5ï¸â£ Crema:<br />
Bate frisca cu zaharul, adauga vanilia, lichiorul si mascarpone.</p>
<p>6ï¸â£ Asamblare:<br />
Insiropeaza fiecare blat, adauga crema si umplutura de cirese. Repeta straturile.</p>
<p>7ï¸â£ Acopera tortul cu crema si toarna ganache deasupra.</p>
<p>8ï¸â£ Decoreaza cu ciocolata rasa si cirese.</p>
<p>âï¸ Lasa la frigider cel putin 1 ora.</p>
