<p>extract de vanilie &#8211; o jumatate de lingurita</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>ulei &#8211; 110 ml</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>cacao &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>ou &#8211; 1 buc</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 180 g</p>
<p>Pentru sirop:</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 120 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>aroma de rom (sau rom) &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 30 ml</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra 70% &#8211; 60 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati ingredientele uscate pentru aluat, cu exceptia prafului de cacao, intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati oul si uleiul si amestecati pana la un aluat tare.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cacao in apa clocotita.</p>

<p>Apoi turnati amestecul fierbinte de cacao in aluat si amestecati.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul intr-o forma de tort cu diametrul de 22 de centimetri, acoperiti-l cu folie de aluminiu si faceti gauri in ea cu o furculita.</p>
<p>Introduceti forma intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 175°C si coaceti timp de 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti folia si coaceti inca 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Pentru crema, punem cacao, zaharul si amidonul intr-o cratita si amestecam.</p>
<p>Adaugati oul si putin lapte si amestecati pana la o pasta fina, fara cocoloase.</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi restul de lapte, se lasa sa fiarba si amestecam continuu.</p>
<p>Crema se va ingrosa, dar continuati sa amestecati si sa o gatiti aproximativ un minut.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti-o intr-un bol, acoperiti-i suprafata cu folie si lasati-l sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Incepeti sa bateti untul inmuiat.</p>
<p>De indata ce incepe sa devina o spuma pufoasa, amestecati treptat crema racita.</p>

<p>Puneti deoparte putina crema pentru decor intr-un castron mic.</p>
<p>Scoateti blatul racit din tava, nivelati partea superioara si taiati resturile pentru mai tarziu.</p>
<p>Apoi taiati blatul in 3 parti.</p>
<p>Amestecati apa, zaharul si aroma de rom pentru a insiropa aluatul.</p>
<p>Se pune o foaie de blat ca baza a tortului, se insiropeaza usor cu sirop si se intinde cu o treime din crema.</p>

<p>Se pune apoi a doua foaie de blat pe ea, se insiropeaza si ea si se unge cu a doua treime de crema.</p>
<p>Repetati procesul cu foaia ramasa de aluat si crema.</p>
<p>Puneti tortul la frigider si lasati-l peste noapte.</p>
<p>Puneti o parte din crema pentru decor intr-o punga de patiserie si decorati marginea prajiturii.</p>
<p>Intindeti restul de crema pe partile laterale ale tortului.</p>

<p>Se incalzeste untul si laptele intr-un bol, apoi se adauga ciocolata sparta si se topeste la foc mic, amestecand continuu.</p>

<p>Apoi turnati glazura peste blatul tortului.</p>
<p>Aplicati resturile de aluat maruntit pe partile laterale ale tortului.</p>
