Albusurile le vom folosi pentru crema&comma; iar galbenusurile pentru blat&period; Punem albusurile la frigider sa se pastreze reci&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Blatul de tort&colon; frecam galbenusurile cu zaharul pana devin spumoase&comma; apoi adaugam untul la temperatura camerei&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Amestecam faina cu praful de copt&comma; iar daca folosim bicarbonat de sodiu atunci il vom amesteca in aluatul de blat&period; Adaugam faina la compozitia cu galbenusuri si amestecam totul&period; Tapetam cu hartie de copt o forma de tort cu peretii detasabili&comma; apoi turnam aluatul in aceasta&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade&comma; timp de 17 – 20 de minute&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Crema&colon; punem gelatina in jumatate de cana de apa la temperatura camerei si o lasam sa stea putin&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Frecam untul pana devine spumos&comma; apoi amestecam cu laptele condensat&period; Daca doriti&comma; puteti pastra putina crema pentru ornat&period; Lasam crema sa stea&comma; sa fie la temperatura camerei&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Gelatina o amestecam cu jumatate din cantitatea de zahar&comma; apoi o incalzim la 60 de grade &lpar;nu o lasam sa fiarba&rpar;&period; Apoi o lasam sa se raceasca&period; Batem albusurile cu ajutorul unui mixer&comma; pana obtinem o spuma tare&comma; apoi adaugam zaharul ramas&comma; sarea de lamaie si vanilia&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Turnam cu grija gelatina la aceasta spuma&comma; amestecand continuu cu mixerul&period; Dupa asta adaugam cu grija si crema de unt&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Important&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Glazura de ciocolata abia a doua zi o putem turna peste tort&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Taiem blatul in doua cu un cutit ascutit&comma; apoi punem o foaie intr-o forma cu pereti detasabili si o ungem cu jumatate din crema&period; Punem deasupra a doua foaie si o ungem cu crema ramasa&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Pregatim si glazura de ciocolata&colon; rupem ciocolata in bucati mici si le punem intr-o oala&period; Incalzim frisca lichida impreuna cu zaharul&comma; apoi o turnam peste ciocolata&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Amestecam pana se topeste ciocolata&comma; apoi adaugam untul si mai amestecam 4 – 5 minute&period; Detasam peretii formei si turnam glazura racita peste tort si o intindem uniform&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Daca ati pastrat crema pentru ornat&comma; puteti deocra tortul dupa preferinte&period; Lasam tortul la frigider timp de o ora&comma; apoi putem servi&period; Pofta buna&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;<div style&equals;"font-size&colon; 0px&semi;
