<p>Branza 150 g</p>
<p>Pentru aluat:</p>
<p>Faina 4 cani</p>
<p>Sare 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Zahar 1 lingura</p>
<p>Drojdie uscata 10 g</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal 2 linguri</p>
<p>Lapte 2 cani</p>
<p>Galbenus 1 buc</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatam cartofii, ii taiem si ii fierbem in apa la foc mic.</p>
<p>Sa pregatim aluatul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca laptele cald, drojdia, zaharul si uleiul.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, adaugam faina si facem un aluat.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu folie si se lasa sa creasca.</p>
<p>Puneti cartofii fierti, adaugati lapte, sare si branza rasa si amestecati.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul in 4 parti.</p>
<p>Formam o turta din aluatul simplu din faina.</p>
<p>Punem o minge de umplutura de cartofi in mijloc, o infasuram intr-un aluat si o modelam din nou ca pe o clatita.</p>

<p>Pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, se lasa sa creasca sub folie inca 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Apoi facem gauri in turta. Frecati cu galbenus.</p>

<p>Coaceti la 180 de grade timp de aproximativ 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Periati turtele cu ulei sau cu putina apa.</p>
