<p>&#8211; 2 lingurite sare</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 lingura paprika</p>
<p>&#8211; 50 g pasta de tomate</p>
<p>&#8211; ½ lingurita zahar</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 lingura marar uscat (sau marar proaspat)</p>
<p>&#8211; 1/3 lingurita piper negru</p>

<p>&#8211; 3 foi de dafin</p>
<p>&#8211; 100 ml apa clocotita</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati 3 foi de dafin in 100 ml apa clocotita, acoperiti recipientul cu o farfurie sau un capac si lasati frunzele la fiert timp de 10-15 minute.</p>
<p>Sfaturi utile: Inainte de a adauga frunzele in supa, frecati-le. Aroma se va deschide si gustul va deveni mai bogat.</p>
<p>Incepem sa taiem legumele.</p>
<p>Tocati marunt 300 de grame de ceapa.</p>
<p>Razuiti 200 de grame de morcovi pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>
<p>Dam la o parte frunzele bolnave, rupte si murdare.</p>
<p>Tocati marunt varza (greutatea verzei tocate este de 1200 de grame).</p>
<p>Luati o tigaie spatioasa cu fundul gros.</p>
<p>Adaugati jumatate din uleiul vegetal si incalziti-l.</p>
<p>Caliti ceapa tocata pana devine transparenta.</p>
<p>Acum adaugati morcovii rasi si caliti pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Cand morcovii sunt aproape gata, adaugati o lingurita de boia de ardei si o lingurita de sare si amestecati.</p>
<p>Puneti jumatate din varza maruntita in tigaie si amesteca-o cu legumele calite.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu un capac si prajiti timp de 3 minute la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi inca ΒΌ din varza tocata, se toarna inca 50 ml de ulei vegetal si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu un capac si caliti inca 3 minute.</p>
<p>Dupa acest timp, adaugati in tigaie varza ramasa.</p>
<p>Se toarna apa colocotita cu frunzele de dafin si se adauga o lingurita de sare.</p>

<p>Se amesteca varza, se reduce focul si se fierbe acoperit timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Varza trebuie amestecata periodic.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati pasta de tomate.</p>

<p>Mai lasam varza sa fiarba inca 5-7 minute, neacoperita, la foc moderat.</p>
<p>Timpul de gatire pentru varza depinde de gradul de coacere a acesteia.</p>
<p>Este suficient sa fierbeti varza tanara timp de 15 minute, dar varza de iarna cu frunze tari trebuie sa fie fierta timp de 30-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Inainte sa opriti focul adaugati verdeata si restul condimentelor.</p>
