<p>Timp de gatire: doar aproximativ 40 de minute</p>
<p>Vanata de marime medie, trebuie spalata, taiata coada si taiata in jumatate pe lungime.</p>

<p>Se cresteaza fiecare parte si se presara putina sare. Dupa aproximativ 7 minute, cand pulpa s-a intunecat putin, se spala sub jet de apa si se sterge cu prosoape de hartie.</p>

<p>Se stropesc barcutele de vinete pregatite cu putin ulei si se da la cuptorul ( preincalzit la 190 de grade). Intre timp, trebuie sa taiem rosia in inele subtiri. Acest lucru va necesita un fruct suficient de puternic, astfel incat inelele sa nu se destrame.</p>

<p>Dupa 10 minute, se scoate din cuptor cu vinete, se pun rondele de rosii pe barcute si se condimenteaza. Se baga din nou in cuptor pentru inca 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Si acum pasul final este sa scoti din nou vinetele presari cascavalul ras. Pui inapoi la cuptor, dar doar pana cand cascavalul se topeste.</p>
