<p>350 ml de lapte</p>

<p>2 oua</p>
<p>Varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>50 g drojdie</p>
<p>100 g de margarina</p>
<p>700-750 g de faina simpla</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se dizolva drojdia proaspata in laptele cald. Adaugati margarina dizolvata in drojdie si apoi zaharul, sarea si ouale.</p>
<p>Se amesteca toate ingredientele pana se omogenizeaza. Adaugati faina in portii si amestecati aluatul constant.</p>
<p>Asezati aluatul, apoi puneti-l intr-o punga de plastic si apoi la frigider timp de cel putin 2 ore.</p>

<p>Dupa 2 ore puteti coace orice &#8211; dulce sau sarat. Acest aluat poate fi pastrat in frigider pana la 7 zile. Pregatirea bucatilor pentru coacere in avans va va economisi mult timp.</p>
<p>Nu uitati sa distribuiti acest articol prietenilor dvs. Cu siguranta se vor bucura de reteta universala a aluatului.</p>
