<p>Reteta rapida pentru aluat:</p>
<p>oua 1 buc</p>
<p>sare 0,5 lingurite</p>
<p>otet 9% 1 lingura</p>
<p>apa rece 200 ml</p>
<p>faina 800 g</p>
<p>unt 450 g</p>
<p>Stropire:</p>
<p>Zahar 5-7 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai, amestecati ouale cu sare.</p>
<p>Adaugati otet si apa.</p>
<p>Amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Cernem faina pe un blat de lucru.</p>
<p>Se adauga untul inmuiat si se lucreaza cu faina.</p>
<p>Apoi faceti o gaura in mijloc si turnati amestecul lichid.</p>
<p>Facem un aluat, pe care il presam si il infasuram in folie.</p>

<p>Lasati-l sa se odihneasca la frigider timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Apoi despachetam, impaturim pe o placa fainoasa si il intindem.</p>
<p>Se presara zahar si se impinge in aluat cu un sucitor.</p>

<p>Impturim si indindem din nou.</p>

<p>Se presara zahar si se taie fasii.</p>
<p>Se pun saratelele pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Se coace intr-un cuptor incalzit la 200 de grade timp de aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>
