<p>sare &#8211; 60 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>9% otet &#8211; 140–160 ml</p>
<p>piper negru intreg &#8211; 5 buc</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Scufundati borcanele de 550 ml inclusiv capace si toate ustensilele pe care le veti folosi pentru conservare intr-o oala cu apa cu lichid de spalat vase, adaugati un pachet de bicarbonat de sodiu si fierbeti cel putin 10 minute.</p>

<p>Scoateti-le pe o tava si lasati-le sa se usuce.</p>
<p>Se toarna apa intr-o oala mare si se adauga ulei, se condimenteaza cu sare si zahar. Se amesteca totul bine si se fierbe pana cand ingredientele libere se dizolva.</p>
<p>Odata ce apa incepe sa fiarba, adaugati ardeiul intreg si otetul.</p>
<p>Apoi aduceti din nou saramura la fierbere.</p>
<p>Curatati usturoiul si taiati-l in felii subtiri.</p>
<p>Spalati ardeiul rosu si galben sub jet de apa, taiati-i in jumatate si indepartati semintele.</p>
<p>Apoi taiati-l in fasii mai mici.</p>

<p>Adaugati ardeii taiati si usturoiul in oala si amestecati.</p>
<p>Daca vreti ca ardeii sa fie crocanti, gatiti-i in marinada timp de 5 minute.</p>
<p>Daca preferati o consistenta mai moale, gatiti-o timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Puneti ardeii copti in borcane unul cate unul, iar daca doriti, puteti adauga si usturoi.</p>

<p>Fierbeti infuzia pentru scurt timp si turnati-o in borcane, astfel incat ardeiul sa fie complet scufundat.</p>
<p>La final, inchideti ermetic borcanele cu capace.</p>
