<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati si uscati bine ardeiul. Puneti ulei intr-o tigaie si prajiti ardeii pe toate partile la un foc fierbinte. Acoperiti si fierbeti cateva minute. Aveti grija, deoarece uleiul va stropi atunci cand prajiti.</p>

<p>O alta modalitate ar fi sa coaceti ardeiul la cuptor sau sa ii coaceti pe gratar.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine sarea cu otetul. Impingeti ardeiul decojit in borcane.</p>
<p>Se toarna imediat aproximativ 2 linguri de otet pregatit, 3 linguri de ulei fierbinte in borcan si se pot adauga 2-3 catei intregi de usturoi.</p>
<p>Daca apasati bine ardeiul, 8-9 bucati ar trebui sa incapa intr-un borcan. Inchideti bine borcanul, infasurati-l intr-o patura si lasati-l sa se raceasca treptat. A se pastra intr-un loc intunecos si racoros.</p>
<p>SFAT: A doua optiune este sa prajesti ardeii, sa ii presezi in borcane si sa toarni apa clocotita peste ei. Se adauga sare, 2 lingurite de zahar si 1 lingurita de otet. Strangeti capacul si intoarceti recipientul cu susul in jos de mai multe ori pentru a amesteca totul bine. Apoi lasati-le pe cele acoperite sa se raceasca incet.</p>
