Toate acestea se fierb intr-o cantitate de doua -ori mai mare de apa decat greutatea lor&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>O ceapa&comma; 5-6 catei de usturoi si 10 g de piper se pun intr-un saculet de tifon si se adauga astfel la fiert&comma; impreuna cu sarea&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Dupa ce au dat in clocot timp de 2-3 minute&comma; se pun la foc incet &lpar;80-85°C&rpar;&comma; scotandu-se spuma de cate ori este nevoie&period; Cand carnea se desprinde de pe oase&comma;
