<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti 500 g branza de vaci intr-un castron, adaugati 4 oua, 1/3 lingurita sare, 2 lingurite zahar.</p>

<p>Si amestecam totul cu un blender.</p>
<p>Adaugati 4 linguri faina, 1 lingurita de praf de copt si amestecati.</p>
<p>Ungeti tava pentru briose cu unt.</p>
<p>Punem cate 1 lingura inĀ fiecare forma.</p>
