<p>2 morcovi</p>
<p>300 g broccoli</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>1 catel de usturoi</p>
<p>2 linguri sos de soia</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal</p>
<p>Sare dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati morcovii in bucati mai mici.</p>
<p>Taiati broccoli in buchetele.</p>
<p>Puneti morcovii in apa clocotita cu sare si fierbeti timp de 1-2 minute .</p>
<p>Adaugati broccoli si gatiti inca 1 minut.</p>
<p>Scurgeti si clatiti cu apa rece pentru a pastra culoarea legumelor.</p>
<p>Ceapa se toaca marunt si se caleste in ulei incins pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Adaugati morcovii scursi si broccoli , amestecati.</p>

<p>Taiati marunt usturoiul si adaugati-l in tigaie.</p>

<p>Se adauga sosul de soia , se amesteca putin si se mai lasa pe foc inca 30 de secunde.</p>
<p>Se serveste ca garnitura cu carne sau ca fel principal cu orez.</p>

<p>Pentru a face mancarea si mai gustoasa, adaugati seminte de susan sau nuci caju la sfarsit.</p>
