<p>Unt &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>Usturoi &#8211; 1 catel (tocat fin)</p>
<p>Smantana de gatit – 200 ml</p>
<p>Sare si piper negru (dupa gust)</p>
<p>Parmezan &#8211; 1 lingura (ras)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti cartofii intr-o oala cu apa cu sare si gatiti aproximativ 15 minute pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Cu aproximativ un minut inainte ca aceastea sa fie gatiti, adaugati broccoli in oala.</p>
<p>Gatiti inca un minut si apoi scurgeti.</p>
<p>Se incinge uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie si se adauga untul.</p>
<p>Prajiti ceapa tocata pana devine translucida.</p>
<p>Adaugati usturoiul tocat si prajiti scurt pentru a-si dezvolta aroma.</p>
<p>Se adauga smantana, se condimenteaza cu sare si piper negru si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati parmezanul in sosul de smantana si amestecati din nou pentru a se dizolva bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati cartofii scursi de apa si broccoli in tigaie si amestecati usor pentru a acoperi bine cartofii si broccoli cu sosul.</p>

<p>Serviti mancarea finita calda.</p>

<p>Puteti presara mai mult parmezan si garnisi cu patrunjel proaspat daca aveti.</p>
<p>Sfaturi:</p>
<p>Pentru o consistenta mai cremoasa, puteti folosi smantana de gatit cu un continut mai mare de grasimi.</p>
<p>Daca doriti sa obtineti un gust mai pronuntat, adaugati in sos un catel de usturoi sau un praf de nucsoara.</p>
<p>Cartofii cremosi cu broccoli pot fi serviti cu bacon prajit sau bucati de branza afumata.</p>
