<p>Ungeti vasul de copt cu ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii si faceti taieturi adanci, cu latimea de 5 mm.</p>
<p>Asezati cartofii taiati intr-un vas de copt.</p>
<p>Ungeti deasupra si in interiorul taieturilor cu ulei vegetal (asigurati-va ca ungeti toate taieturile, astfel incat sa nu se lipeasca).</p>
<p>Apoi, saram si piperam cartofii.</p>
<p>Se pune intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 ° C timp de 35-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea, ii scoatem din cuptor si umplem cartofii cu slanina (in fiecare taietura).</p>
