<p>30 g unt topit</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>Un praf de sare</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie sau zahar vanilat</p>
<p>130 g zahar</p>
<p>200 g chefir</p>
<p>80 g gris</p>
<p>Fructe de padure congelate (optional)</p>
<p>Dimensiunea tavii: (dimensiunea 27 pe 20 cm.)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Reteta este atat de simpla incat puteti porni imediat cuptorul inainte de a incepe gatitul si, in timp ce se incalzeste pana la 180 de grade, baza va fi gata.</p>
<p>Punem branza de vaci intr-un bol, adaugam unt topit, un praf de sare, zahar vanilat sau esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>Adaugam si zahar obisnuit (130 g) si amestecam.</p>
<p>Adaugati ouale si chefirul.</p>
<p>Presarati grisul.</p>

<p>Si abia acum amestecati sau macinati pana la omogenizare cu un blender.</p>

<p>Ungeti tava de copt cu ulei vegetal si stropiti cu putin gris.</p>
<p>Punem aluatul in tava.</p>

<p>Daca doriti, adaugati fructe de padure congelate direct din congelator deasupra.</p>

<p>Se coace la 180 de grade timp de 35-40 de minute.</p>

<p>Mijlocul caserolei ar trebui sa fie ca un jeleu; nu ar trebui sa supraexpuneti caserola in cuptor, altfel va fi uscata.</p>
