<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatim umplutura de carne:</p>
<p>â Taiati ceapa, prajiti-o cu ulei vegetal intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Se adauga carne tocata, sare, piper dupa gust si pasta de rosii.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se prajeste la foc mic.</p>
<p>â¡ Radeti dovleceii (scurgeti sucul) sau taiati-i.</p>
<p>Se adauga sare.</p>
<p>⢠Ungeti forma cu ulei.</p>
<p>Puneti jumatate din dovlecelul ras pe fundul tavii si aplatizati.</p>
<p>Apoi vine umplutura de carne si din nou un strat de dovlecei.</p>
<p>⣠Taiati rosiile in inele sau jumatati de inele, asezati-le pe dovlecei.</p>
<p>Pregatirea umpluturii:</p>
<p>⤠Bateti ouale cu usturoiul, adaugati smantana si sare.</p>
<p>Se rade branza si se combina cu umplutura.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se toarna amestecul de smantana-ou deasupra rosiilor.</p>
<p>⥠Se recomanda coacerea caserolei la 170-180 â pentru aproximativ 35-40 de minute.</p>
