Se lasa doar 24 de ore&comma; apoi se inlatura&period; Se acopera iar borcanul cu farfurioara si se pune a doua zi&comma; pe balcon sau in curte&comma; la soare&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Daca saramura este tulbure inseamna ca a inceput fermentarea&period; Si culoarea castravetilor se schimba&comma; semanand cu cei murati&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Se lasa pe balcon&comma; sau in curte&comma; fiindca noaptea e mai rece&period; Timpul de acrire poate dura intre 3-5 zile&comma; in functie de vreme&period; E bine ca ziua sa stea la soare&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Daca e mai innorat&comma; adu-i in casa&period; Atunci murarea se mai prelungeste cu 2-3 zile&comma; deci va dura cam 8 zile&period; Daca este foarte cald&comma; dureaza doar 3-4 zile&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Dupa ce s-au acrit&comma; se scot din borcan&comma; se pun in cutii de plastic sau intr-o carafa cu capac si cu cateii de usturoi&period;
