<p>Sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 170 g</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 160 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Margarina sau unt &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Portocala sau lamaie- 1 buc.</p>
<p>Arahide sarate &#8211; 70 g</p>
<p>Ciocolata neagra &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>Curmale &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>Zahar pudra &#8211; 1 lingurita.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale intr-un recipient, adaugati un praf de sare si turnati tot zaharul.</p>
<p>Puteti scoate ouale din frigider in avans, astfel incat sa se incalzeasca.</p>
<p>Bateti totul pana cand masa se deschide vizibil si granulele de zahar se dizolva complet.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati faina, dar nu toata odata, ci in doua etape.</p>
<p>Adaugati si amestecati de fiecare data pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Dupa ce ati adaugat faina, adaugati praful de copt in aluat.</p>
<p>Si in final, turnati untul sau margarina topita.</p>
<p>Dati pe razatoare coaja de la o portocala si stoarceti sucul.</p>
<p>Taiati in bucati mici ciocolata, apoi macinati arahidele/nucile.</p>
<p>Luati curmale, scoateti samburii si taiati pulpa in bucati.</p>
<p>Adaugam toti acesti aditivi in aluat si amestecam.</p>
<p>Lasam doar putina ciocolata si nuci pentru decor, o mica parte.</p>
<p>Vom coace aluatul intr-o tava clasica dreptunghiulara pentru chec acoperita cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Presarati suprafata aluatului cu ceea ce ati pus deoparte.</p>

<p>Iar forma trebuie sa fie umpluta nu mai mult de 2/3 din inaltime.</p>
<p>Prajitura creste bine in timpul coacerii.</p>
<p>Punem prajitura intr-un cuptor preincalzit si coacem timp de 50-55 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>

<p>Asta e tot! Scoateti prajitura din tava, lasati-o sa se raceasca complet, indepartati hartia si presarati-o cu zahar pudra.</p>
