<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna macul cu apa clocotita, se acopera si se lasa sa se infuzeze.</p>
<p>Poate fi fiert in lapte.</p>
<p>Se scurge si se macina cu ajutorul unui blender.</p>
<p>Mixati untul la temperatura camerei cu zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugati ouale pe rand si bateti cu un mixer dupa fiecare, pana cand componentele sunt combinate.</p>
<p>Adaugati suc de portocala si coaja, adaugati sarea.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina cernuta si praful de copt, se amesteca cu o spatula pana obtineti un aluat moale, omogen.</p>
<p>Separati o treime din masa de aluatul rezultat.</p>
<p>Adaugati seminte de mac la o treime din aluat si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Asezati aluatul alb.</p>
<p>Faceti o depresiune in centru.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul cu seminte de mac in depresiune.</p>
<p>Distribuiti restul de aluat de mac pe toata forma si puneti ciresele deasupra.</p>
<p>Se coace intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 40-50 de minute.</p>
<p>Reglati timpul de coacere in functie de cuptor.</p>
<p>Scoateti checul terminat din tava.</p>
<p>Se presara cu zahar pudra si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
